Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another press for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in the Microsoft Word, RTF, or OpenDocument file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Press.

Author Guidelines

The rules for writing a script are detailed as follows:
1. The manuscript is typed using the Constantia font.
2. Font size: 11 pt. inside the manuscript, outside the manuscript, following the template provisions
3. Line spacing is single; spacing is without before or after (0 pt).
4. UNESCO paper size (15.5 cm x 23 cm)
5. Margin Top 2 cm, Bottom 2.5 cm, Inside 2.5 cm, Outside 2 cm, orientation portrait, multiple pages, mirror margins
6. Complete the manuscript with the following sections:
a. Book title
b. UU No. 28 of 2014 concerning copyright
c. Book title and author's name
d. Foreword
e. List of contents
f. List of tables or figures (if any)
g. Contents of the manuscript (Chapter I onwards, along with subchapters)
h. Bibliography
i. List
j. Index
k. Tuition Contract (if any)
l. Author History
m. Synopsis (for back cover)
7. The publisher has the right to reject the manuscript if plagiarism is indicated or Turnitin's similarity check is high.
8. The bibliography is prepared using APA (American Psychological Association Style) 7th style and Mendeley reference management.
9. The author has the right to revise once.
10. Systematic writing follows the provisions of the template.
